Refund Policy

Zen Aroma Naturals**

We strive to deliver high-quality products. Due to the nature of personal care items, returns and refunds are limited.
 

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or video proof.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products

  • Personal care items (due to hygiene standards)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery
     

Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
     

Replacements

If the product qualifies for replacement, we will ship a new item at no extra cost after verification.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Orders placed by mistake must be reported immediately.
